Sorry for a very dumb question but I just got a IPhone. Is there an adapter GM sells or Apple that will work with the C6 so that I can play my music thru the Bose system. I have a 2012 ZO6 and I am not savy in this area. Also , were would the adapter plug into...Thank You
gm makes a adapter called PAL
there is also a member here that sells an upgraded one that he calls the pal2. I have the pal2 and it works well and I would recommend it. his name here is kawal I think

If your car has a USB jack, use it and you're in business for cheap. If not, avoid the Chevy PAL at all costs. (see my thread 4/1/13 titled "Bad news from my car." The dealer claimed my cars problems were caused by the PAL...)
Ultimately I used a wiring harness from Ray Kawal to connect a Belkin Bluetooth to my car's XM allowing my iPhone to input its iPod function to play thru the XM - wirelessly - with outstanding results. A collateral benefit was the fact that I was able to "fire" XM and rely on my iTunes library for music. Send me PM request for more details if you want to, and I"ll be happy to respond.
Incorrect, 2011+ do As others said though, just use the USB port on your car if it's a 2011+.
I use the PAL with a Bluetooth adapter on it so my phone's entire audio gets piped through the car audio. Phone calls through the in-car bluetooth and the phone's media audio wirelessly through the PAL. I use Android but it won't make a difference either way.
Maybe I am missing the point. I just plug mine into the USB port and listen to the music. I make calls on bluetooth.
Am I missing something?
Craig
I'm with you. I just plug my charging wire (without the AC adapter) into the USB port and it's ready to go. Bluetooth works perfectly after you tell the system to use your Iphone as the default phone.
