Driver side door interior switch button replacement ??
Dear Forum members,
I just purchased my 06 Z06 last month and when I picked it up the salesman mentioned that the little button that one pushes when exiting the car broke off. The door switch still works but I wanted it replaced.
Well, I received the replacement switch in the mail ( bought from Mr Culley at Gmpartshouse).
My question is... Should I take the car into the Chevy garage or can I do it myself? Frankly, I hate to tear into doors when I have absolutely no idea how it works.

Just use a plastic tool or even fingernails to carefully remove the button assembly. Plenty of wire harness to work with.
