Default Side marker Lights a Must See

I recently bought some clear led side marker lights. The workmanship on these lights was awful. Quality control must of been on vacation that day. These are just a sample photos in real life worse! Scratches and major over gluing. $200 I don't think so, sent them back.

Klearz will be out with products soon. Very few aftermarket things I've seen in my life come as similar to OEM quality as their lenses. They even offer colored housings to help blend them in even more. Rumor has it there is a vendor on here developing an LED version as well.

I had them on my GTO and they were flawless. Send them an email like I did and say get those C6 products out so we can buy them! (They already have C7 products but apparently skipped C6 initially because of market over saturation).

That's horrible. I had some clear LED's or a bit. They were nice but I could not keep the moisture out of them. I had one replaced twice and just gave up and returned them. Definitely interested in the product mentioned above if and when it comes out.

I had the same thing, I ordered them tinted so I didnt notice it until I pulled the tint off. I still have them on my car but 4 LED lights are burnt out. They wanted me to sent them the lights and they would repair them and send them back to me. Havent done it yet.

I was thinking of getting a set of 4 in the blacked out style, please pm me the dealer you got yours from. I do not want to spend $199 for 4 if they are like that.

I wish.

The driver rear has 4 LEDs that won't come on but 3 of the 4 side markers had water in them.

I had the exact opposite “issue”.
I bought the smoked lights so it’d be black on my black car & I could take my smoked covers off my stock side markers as well.
Well when the smoked set arrived I was less than thrilled & extremely unhappy with what I saw.
I knew it was film, but did not know that the film was not dark & that it was wavy & wrinkly.
So, I bought a set of clear LED side markers & took the clear side markers along with my tails, & had them tinted.
I returned the smoked set after I got my tinted ones back so I could post comparison pics, & it seems this thread is begging for those pics!
As you can see, the smoked set looks like crap where the clear set now tinted, looks like what I expected originally.

Clear

Smoked (see the waves & wrinkles)

Tinted

Smoked

Tinted

Side by side comparison

Backside of smoked showing shoddy workmanship, not even trimmed for a flush fit in the body!

How the darker tinted ones look on the car:

Pics don’t do these lights justice, they do look awesome in person.

So, if you want a better looking smoked LED side marker, buy the clear & pony up a few more $$ & have them tinted.

Omg. That's the worst vinyl tint job I've seen. That person should be fired if they can't tint a side marker light with ease.
I vinyl tinted my own. Trimmed and no wrinkles or wrapping the vinyl around back side to hide it.. Glad I never purchase those

Your inbox was full but it was the same seller that I used and had trouble with on a leather center console that the colors were way off. Never got a refund either. They could car less that I was PO'd.
