The Z51 is the RPO code or option. The memory seats were not a single option that I am aware of, they were part of the 3LT package. I could be wrong on that but I think that is how it was in all the C6's where they were available.

Memory seats are a part of the entire memory package and are not stand-alone options. Most years, I think the memory package was only on the 3LT-optioned C6s. Since the 3LT option package was required before you could get the 4LT option package, the memory package was also on the 4LT-optioned cars.
