It's been written about many times here. The noise is coming from the black plastic piece at the base of your windshield on the outside. Try taping it down to see if that gets rid of the noise. If so, your dealer should be able to provide a permanent solution.

This has to be the most mentioned bug with the C6.
Rocking seat, targa top lock down rattle are some more.
I think the top lockdown has been fixed but the cowl has never been addressed with a change.
The seat stops are just cheap and easily changed at the factory level. I do not think this has been dealt with either.
I have experienced all three.
No loose rearview mirror yet.
Oh and the buzz from the temp control sensor under the screen below the ignition is another common reported problem.
