Not all cars in my opinion look better with black wheels but yours does. Just a thought but why not try wraping the two gills (for lack of the correct term) black. I'll bet that would look sharp. And if you don't like it peel it off. A black spoiler would set it off as well.

I would certainly like to do the halo black as well, but I'm waiting to see if I can make it through the Texas Summer with the transparent roof. If I have to go back to the solid TR roof, may have to wrap both it and the halo, will find out in the coming months I suppose...

Thanks for the compliments - now I just need to get a proper balance! Seems they neglected to tell me last night their Hunter road force balancer was out of service yesterday. This morning I found that I get a heavy vibration at 88 mph, called the shop and that's when they told me about their equipment issue. They say they have a technician coming out today to fix it, so hopefully I will be rolling along smoothly soon!

I like the look of the black wheels on your car. Better than chrome, and that's coming from a chrome wheels guy. It is hard to tell from the picture what style the wheels are though. Just looks black. Have to see it in person I guess.

i'd like to see the same comparison done with a nrbm vette. i think the chrome wheels on my nrb vette really stands out. personally, i think it has a lot to do with the color. torch red looks good with any color wheel. i just don't like torch red, sorry. same with black, chrome or black wheels and it looks awesome. jmo
