Ok so I go to the post office and park at a vacant store front no one else around tons of parking spaces available... I am on my phone this peace of crap car pulls up next to me as I put the car in reverse this lady gets out and bam opens the door and hits my car... I jump out and totally went ballistic on her she said they make the spots to narrow and said she had the protective corner guard on her door... She had the whole darn lot to park by the post office but no.. Anyways no damage to my car thank God!!! I just do not understand these idiots and ignorance of some people!!!!

I walked out of a store and the lady had her basket full og stuff propped up againt my car! asked her what was she thinking and if she had no respect for other peoples cars and she said " it had the plastic protector on it so why does it matter" ..... MORONS!!

No excuse for people letting their door open that wide so it hits the car next to them, but it just goes to show you. never parking in a wide open area. Park where you are going and hope for the best. If it is that bad,don't drive your Vette. I try and find a space between some higher end cars or at the end of the row were my passengers side is against the curb and hope that the person that parks next to me is alone, that way the passengers door does not open. I never park out in the lower 40 or the empty lot.

I am trying to find this TV ad that's on now and then. It is of an entirely empty parking lot with a nice car parked in the middle of the lot. An old dirty pos Ford is screaming through the parking lot past the parked nice car. The Ford slams on the brakes with screeching and smoking, stops, backs up to the nice car and screams into the spot next to it with the drivers side just an inch from the nice car. Then the drivers door BANGS! against the nice car. This ad is hilarious because you can't help but think that's exactly how it happens.

I always park the farthest away from the stores. It is wide open out there and the morons won't walk that far. Even if it's an extra 100 yds... I don't care.
