I haven't had my XM activated in a few yrs. and was wondering if there are any deals or discount codes to get it cheap. If I remember, we used a code "swindback"?? thanks for any help...

They've been offering me 5 months for $25 for the past three months. No code. You should be able to get that. Just don't give them a credit card.

i have had XM and have never had an issue with the auto bill pay. U can cancel at anytime. If you have a smart phone just set a reminder to call and cancel if you want after the cheap 6 months is over. Most of the time if you say you would like to stop your subscription they will throw in another 3 or 6 months at a cheap price... always works for me.

Totally avoid the 3-6 month hassle no matter the value and get the 1 year for $88+fees and be done with it! I get two vehicles for $150.

I just got 6 for $25 each for two cars...I pay with a CC over the phone and when the transaction is done ask to remove the CC...they do...never a problem.

It always helps to ask for an account manager; if you threaten to turn off the radios, they respond with good offers.

I do this every 6 months and it is not a painful experience, and it saves a ton of $$$.

It only takes one or two times to deal with XM and figure out it's not what you want to do every 3-6 months. Similar to having someone spray a high pressure water hose into your eyes.

They are horrible to cancel, they keep trying to renew it and offer you deals, they have even turned it back on several times and tried to bill for more months even though I called to cancel. In short they are not worth the hassle.
