Default wheel question

if I get 18 inch rear wheels would it be ok, or I hear some problems running 18's on the back?

You need to stay VERY close to the original size difference between Front and Rear.

Size difference means diameter and it will vary with wheel size/tire aspect ratio and tire width.

It's possible to have nearly equal tire diameters in 16" to 22" wheels.

Running that combination will result in massive understeer (push). A ratio that works is the 315x30x18 F and the 345x30x18 R. F is on a 11"and R is on a 12" wheel.
