I drive a 2006 coupe. My driver window has stopped rolling up the final bit upon exiting the vehicle. I recently had to change my battery. Is this due to a setting or a defective part?
You need to re-index the windows after any disconnect of the battery.
Start the car, close the door, run the window all the way up and continue to hold it for 3 seconds. Let go of the switch and then run it up another 3 seconds.
Test by opening/closing the door to see if the window goes down a little when you open the door and all the way back up when it's closed.
And you need to do this on both doors/windows.

Thanks. I figured it was something like that. I'll try that tomorrow. you would have thought that the dealer that installed my battery would have been on top of that. Dealers often fail me but the Forum never does.
