So I bought some used C6 rims and tires that had some TPMS on them. I threw them on my 06 vette. The car wouldn't read the tire pressure, i searched on the forum and read I had to take it to get programmed.
But yesterday I noticed the car I guess synched back with the TPMS on the new tires and was reading the pressure fine. Is this normal? Why would anyone have to have it programmed if it does it automatically?
Also anyone know a good alignment guy in Miami? I want to get the pfdat street specs on my car.
it does not do it automatically, unless you put the already programmed sensors back in the car. Do you have your old tires and sensors in the garage? if so it will pick them up, until you have been gone a while
I can program yours to your car if you need it done, let me know I live in Miramar.
Best place in Miami is the alignment factory.
He did mine and knows how to get a LOW car up on the ramps

Thank you so much mcandrew67 for the help and recommendation . I ended calling Ken over at alignment factory made the drive and one hour later the car was driving perfect. No pulls to any direction and it handles like a dream! A bit costly for a alignment but definitely worth it. I also paid a local tire shop to just swap out the tires to my factory rims with the programmed sensor and everything is working perfectly!
duanepillar Thank! I'll check it out see if its still available.
