I remember once seeing a product that was in a spray can and I was told it was good for the dashboard, door panel and inside the engine bay to dress it up, but it was not a high gloss. I thought it was call Aero 202 or something like that.
Another old trick is good ol Pledge, I use it on the engine bay and even on my motorcycle engine which is powder coated black. The heat melts it right on and looks brank new. Dresses up the engine hoses also.

Aero 303 is an amazing product that really works! Here in Florida that sun really takes a toll on plastics and vinyl, but Aero 303 only thing that works for more than just a short time. Often sold in the marine supply stores for boat interiors here in Florida. It isn't cheap and sometimes hard to find, but a little goes a long way.
A co-worker got me started using this. He would buy gallons and divide it up among a number of us who would share the cost.
