You can get one really quickly from one of the forum vendors. I ordered mine from..... Southern Car Parts. It came in a couple of days. He's located in the Atlanta GA area so you would likely get it the next day.
regarding the installation, Jim has a easy to understand video on their website.... total install time was 30 or 40 minutes. Super easy.
