Well getting my vette 06 ready for a road trip, so took it out for a drive and i hear this squealing noise, sounds like its coming from the back but not 100 percent sure...once it warmed up it went away..i let it cool down and the squeal is back any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated

You're going to have to be a lot more specific.
Does it sound like a mechanical sound, metal to metal, or more like a belt squeal? Brake squeal?
Where in the rear, L/Rear? R/rear? Does varying your speed change the sound, like what you'd hear with the turning of a wheel?
Basically, what you're saying is ..."my TV doesn't work, what could it be?"
Sounds like a squealing brake pad. Try reseating your pads with a series of hard stops (8 or 10) from about 60 to 20 without stopping completely and then driving for about 20 minutes at normal speed to cool them off. Don't stop completely after they are hot. Let them cool before stopping.
