I have a 2006 Vert and often change my wheels and decided to purchase the Cub Pro 101 to register my sensors however my vert is not registering the system. The following are the steps I take:
I place the car on ACC mode hit the lock/unlock on FOB and get the honk indicating the car is on learn mode. I then take my Cub unit with the proper settings and start at the drivers front wheel. The unit is able to get a reading displaying the ID# and tire pressure however the car does not honk to register the sensor. I have patiently waited as long as I can multiple times
Thanks Rick
Yup I have tried exactly what's on the video with no luck. I guess I will have to stop at the dealer and see if my system is maybe faulty. Thanks again
I had the same problem. Try another wheel just to see if you can get a sync. You only have 1 or 2 minutes to scan the first wheel. Sometimes I had to scan the first wheel twice to get the horn to beep. Remove your cell phone from the area.
Just for the heck of it, try starting with a different wheel. See if that one or any one will get the first horn honk. This will rule out the left front sensor...it may be the receiver in the car.
