Buying First Vette....

I have been looking for little over a year now for my first vette. I have found one that I am interested in and would like some thoughts.. Its a 2007 Monterey Met Red, 1 owner, 3LT, auto, with F55 Select drive. 34k miles, Hard top only, EXE cond. Asking price is 29.5K..
Is this a good deal?? Also, looking at a cash deal, so how much should I offer??
Any thoughts would be very welcome...

You should be able to buy that car for $28K Although IMO the Auto is worth less than the 6 SP. I wanted the full driving experience of the 6 SP in a muscle car. IF I bought the G37 Coupe I was looking at I would prefer the Auto.

Doesn't seem terribly unreasonable considering the time of year. If it's what you want and it's in your budget, pull the trigger.
