Bulb Type

Hello, can anyone tell me for sure what number bulb is in the rear view mirror (I think its map light)(there is two of them) for a 2013 427 vette? I can find online it is a 212-2 but that IS WRONG! It looks more like a 194 but I'm not sure and can't get it out to check. Appreciate your experience (and tips to get it removed), Thanks.

Yeah those suckers are hard to get out. I ended up using needle nose pliers to remove them to convert to LEDs.

I dipped a pair of needel nose pliers in plastidip and they worked great!!

LEDs look amazing at night especially when you change the footwell lights too.

Those bulbs in the mirror are the WORST design by Chevrolet, they SUCK to get out! I used a small pair of needle nose pliers and a screw driver and worked it back and forth until it finally popped out.
