Anyone on here successfully replace their own A/C actuator?

It looks like the 4 actuators + the air distributor will cost <$200. Only prob is the dash has to come out.

Had it done twice on my 05. Cost an average of $1600. Dash has to come off.

Twice???

I am thinking of doing this on mine. I can hear the actuator a getting weak and they keep on clicking...

What else should I change out besides the air blender and actuators while I'm in there. I think I can take the dash pad off myself.

They are clicking because the Mode Valve is probably shredded.
Just the air blender (Mode Valve) and the actuators should do.
YOU SHOULD NOT OPEN THE HEATER CORE OR THE AC LINES.
It's a bitch of a job!
