Today I was driving and all my gauges went flat except for the battery voltage (voltage around 14 or so)..and the dic said service everything pretty much lol. You think it could be the ECM? It's happened twice in the past week

Have the battery checked its the most common cause of strange electrical issues.
Underneath the floor mats in the passenger footwell there is a fuse block with a blue connector. Occasionally that connector gets loose and causes problems similar to what you're seeing.
I actually had the battery tested a little while ago and they said it was good and it just needed charging... Voltage stays around 14 at all times
14 is normal that is the charging circuit not the battery. When the battery is low weird things happen. Now old is the battery? Do you have any fault codes on the DIC.

LS3chris,
I'm sorry to see you're having concerns with the gauges on your C6. We are able to communicate this matter to the Customer Experience Managers (CEM) at your preferred GM dealer if you feel an official GM diagnosis is necessary. Please know that you're welcome to message us privately if you'd like to proceed, or if you simply want your experience(s) officially documented.

Some owners have put rubber spacers under the foot-well panel so that it doesn't touch/dislodge the big blue connectors.

The BCM in in the foot well of the passenger side front under the carpet to the left of the fuse block, and the connection can get semi unplugged, contacts pins slightly corroded.

Sorry about that, here is the C-6 fuse block with Ebcm. The BCM is above the fuse block area on the box, hence the two blue plugs that are plugged into it that you want to check.
The box on the left with the white Bose sticker if the Bose amp for the stereo system.
