This morning I replaced the Fuel Gauge Sending Unit in the passenger tank.
I started with a full tank of gas and drained out the fuel by removing the fuel line in the engine bay, hooking up a line, and using a jumper wire in the fuse box where the fuel relay is to run the pump and empty the tanks.
After finishing R&R everything, I put 2 gallons into the car and it refuses to start. Cranking fine just not getting fuel. I was terrified that I messed something up with the bi*** of a crossover pipe, but there is no leakage whatsoever. I then, again, removed the fuel line in the engine bay, hooking up a line, and using a jumper wire in the fuse box where the fuel relay was, and gas came flowing out. So the pump seems to be plumbed right.
My gut says that the relay is bad, but I find that ironic that another part would fail the same time I am messing around with everything else.
Any suggestions?

My suggestion is the relay or fuse block was your initial issue. There are multiple identical relays in the block. Usually when a fp relay goes bad it has darkened with heat marks.
I just tried swapping the FP Relay and the problem still exists. I also edited my original post - it was the Fuel Gauge Sending Unit that was bad. Car ran perfect before (except the gas gauge) before I "fixed" it.

BTW - gas gauge is functioning fine now.
When things like this happen it usually means the person doing the job didn't put something back together correctly.
Check your injector and fuel pump fuses. Turn the car to the on position by pressing and holding the accessory button for 5-10 sec. Once in ON position go reset the fuel pump fuse and the injector fuse under the hood and see if it starts. Also you can check to see if it's getting fuel at the rail by removing the fuel rail cap and depressing the check valve stem inside (car has to be in ON pos to work). If you get a steady fuel flow for a few seconds then you may have a whole different issue. I am having the same issue with my car right now. Mine turns over but doesnt start. Car sat for two weeks with no battery and now it wont start.
