eibach suspension

they do sell a kit that replaces the bars and associated bushings as well as the spring adjusters, but its nowhere near 1300 (more like 300 to 400 bucks). On that kit they usually use the same image as seen for a lot of stuff so it looks like coil springs in the ad but then you see a note that its just the adjusters...
good luck
But I am concerned that you said you were told it is the same system as the GS. The GS uses Z51 springs but with a Z06 rear sway bar. It is generally believed the Z06 rear bar is too much for a base car with base tires. That's not to say it doesn't work. Several here have done it but unless you're an accomplished driver it could be a problem. The stiff Z06 rear bar with base tires/wheels will tend to induce oversteer. If you aren't ready for it and know how to deal with it, might result in a crash.
So I'm just saying be sure you know what you are doing and getting into.
If you're just a typical driver who wants a better handling street car for occasional spirited driving on twisty roads, a great many here have simply changed to Z51 sway bars (about $260 from gmpartshouse.com) and Bilstein HD or Bilstein Sport shocks (about $350) and been very happy with the result.
If you tell us you are an experienced track driver and want to track the car regularly then disregard what I said.

Eibach makes good products, I installed their progressive rate coils on a BMW and it was a big improvement in handling without sacrificing ride. But I don't know how their sway bars compare to others, for the price you might have other options, and new lowering bolts are of little use unless you want to drop the car down more than can be done on the stock bolts.
