You need to start with the door sill panel, then remove the lower B pillar piece. You have to be careful since everything is plastic and can be easily broken if apply too much force. To get the sill panel out you need to remove the two screws that hold the emergency door opening handle and then remove the handle. Then the panel pivots up and away from the sill and the A pillar. The sill panel may or may not pull up easily where the pins go into the frame. The pins are plastic with a metal end that plugs in the frame. The plastic end is glued to the panel and the glue may not hold well or the metal end may be too tight and the glue maybe very good which can the break the panel. The place where the sill panel overlaps the lower B pillar piece is especially easy to break. If the pin doesn't pull out it of the frame and the pin is securely glued to the back of the panel you can literally see it distorting the panel as you try to pull up on the panel. Pull too hard and it the panel will crack right around the spot where the pin is glued. A similar thing can happen to the lower B pillar where you have to pull the panel inward at the bottom. There are some pins behind the panel that go into the frame. If I remember correctly there may be a short and a long pin. You need to make sure you pull straight inward on the panel. Once you have the lower B pillar panel loose you will find it is loosely connected to the interior quarter panel. See if you can loosen it without loosening the quarter panel as there are more pins behind it and they are very easy to break or just pull off the panel.
