Well if the Cub tool doesn't pull up info then the car can't pull the info either.
Try to position the Cub tool the same way you were able to previously successfully scan the sensor. The best way for me to get the cub tool to read is by positioning it so that the tool back is flat on the tire sidewall with the left side of the display screen pointing at the valve stem.
Get to where you can always get a reading when you scan the sensor then try to have the car re-learn.
Hate to say it, but if you where running the tool in program mode, and with aftermarket TPMS that are programmable, you may have just reprogrammed all the TPMS alike (cloned them all the same) and the problem.
Go back in scan mode and make sure that the data for the TPMS are not the same for any of the sensors. If you did program them all the same, then you will need to reprogram them, and time to find someone with a 05 to 09 vets that you can pull data off his TPMS to reprogram each of your now ( Clone yours to his,or off to a shop that has a tool that will allow you to punch in data to reprogram that way instead).
As for if the Cub can read the sensors in scan mode, then it is triggering the sensors as well so the car can relearn them.
Short of the problem being with the TPMS programmed all the same as each other, or the battery low in the TPMS, then the problem is on the car side. Here, just disconnect the battery for a few mins and reconnect it , then put the car back into relearn mode and try to get the car to relearn them (with the tool in scan mode, and again, if the tool is giving you readings on the TPMS, it is triggering them as well for the car to relearn them).
P.S. don't forget to reindex the windows after your done (reconnected the battery). You do this by holding each window button in the up position one at a time for three seconds, release it, then hold it again for three seconds (read do one window at a time).
Tried agian...Lf scan but no beep..Rf scan and a beep..Rr scan and no beep..Lr scan and a single beep..any ideas...thanks
Do 4 quick scans of the sensors without the car in learn mode, take a photo's of each scan tool data read outs when you get it from each tire, and post it (just want to make sure that you did not clone some of the sensors to each other when you had the tool in program mode).
As said, either you cloned a few sensors to the same data/messed up the data with the tool in programing, or the battery in them is going weak in some TPMS's and why the car is not picking up the signal.
I'm thinking they are the wrong sensors...there are two different ones for the C6 series. If you get a reading of info from them then they are working, just not compatible with your year C6.
Car complete....it was something wrong with the sensors they installed...they took them out and redid something to them...he said the person who installed them didn't set them....i dont know..lol........but they all work know...i want to thank everyone for your help.

Glad to hear that you have it fixed.
Being that you where able to get the TPMS to scan with the 2005-09 setting, at least they where the right TPMS for your car, and sounds like a programing error instead (not going to point any fingers since you did say that you were using the Cub program mode with the sensor).
Just remember to trigger the TPMS with the scan mode when you are relearning them to the car in the future, and not the program mode since the Cub tool can program (re-program) clone-able TPMS (read a whole lot of tool for $30, than can not only scan, but clone sensors too).
