Raise air pressure in tires to 40 psi
Add dyer sheets in car interior, & in engine bay if there is any danger of mice
Dryer sheets make interior smell nice
Put car battery on a battery tender

I change the oil, put sta-bil in the tank and fill it up, wash, wax, inflate tire to 40psi, put the battery charger on and put the cover on. I also park on pieces of plywood so the tires don't sit on the concrete floor. Even though I live in NJ I really don't let the car sit there all winter. I'll take daytrips on nice days, (no snow or salt on the roads). I enjoy driving the car and try to take advantage of good weather even in winter. Cold doesn't hurt it a bit.

Others may have extra tips
Spot on. I have heard many opinions that it is bad to start them in the winter if you are not willing to spend the time to get it completly warmed up. Condensation will form inside the block. The 40 PSI is a good tip as well particularly if you store off site with out a compressor handy.
No need to start it until spring. A fresh oil change before storage. Full tank of non-ethanol gas, a battery tender. I've been storing cars for 25 winters and never had a problem.
Whoa ... a few more months here in northern Indiana, I hope
Anyone putting dryer sheets in their vehicle Just clean and condition the leather seats and the interior will smell like fresh leather, my always does Car cover and battery tender is a requirement Just something else I do is to also put thick cardboard under the tires ... I read this was better than leaving them on cold concrete (forgot why)
Is there any winterizing tips for storing my 2012 vette in a heated garage beside sta-bil in the full fuel tank?
I usually change the oil before putting it away for the winter....Some wait and change their oil in the spring before the driving season. Others change oil by the OLI whether they store their cars for the winter or not......
I would at least turn the engine over from time to time so the same valve springs are not compressed for an extended period of time. I believe you can press the gas pedal to the floor and push start. The engine will turn over but not start. if you start the engine, I would let it run until it reached normal operating temperature so all the condensation in the system will dissipate. Just my 2 cents worth.
