I have the MF103, which comes with the "beehive" cover on my car. I know that Halltech has upgraded the MFN 103 to a 105 (2mm bigger) and that's probably why you don't see it on the website. Otherwise it's the same kit. Jim Hall says the upgrade is worth ~4hp or so.
The 105 refers to the diameter of the air bridge, the "MF" refers to the MAF "forward" position, as it's moved forward by several inches (the kit includes a wire extension) and the Beehive is the cover that goes over the filter area, so as to separate that area from the hot underhood air, although it is far from airtight.
All in all it's a decent kit, although I've done a few things to improve mine.
A Vette Air scoop is a good addition to get fresh cool air to the filter.
One thing to be aware of is the quality of the band clamps as they are light duty and will strip quite easily if you over tighten them.
Do a search on You tube for Halltech MF103 install and you will find a video on there that is very informative.
