toe being screwed up can chew through tires very quickly, it's good that you took care of it!
those settings will definitely do the job for what you're after. I'm surprised they don't suggest a tiny bit more negative camber, I've never really experienced accelerated tire wear and typically run 1.2 to 2 degrees of negative camber, on various cars (haven't gotten an alignment on my vette, yet). Pfadt really knows their stuff though so I guess I shouldn't question it!
Camber doesn't cause problems with wear unless you have a lot of camber. -1.2 (recommended setting for the rear) is not much camber at all. -.4 is not enough in my opinion especially if you have an emergency maneuver. Improper toe setting will kill your tires quick. Some Corvette owners crack me up by driving like a granny because they fear replacing their tires more often.
Pfadt was a good company but they are out of business as Boomer mentioned. Their specs are also based on the C6 with the base tire size, not GS or above. Their street specs that everyone seems to say are fantastic are actually pretty close to the CENTER of the OEM specs for the GS with the exception of rear camber which would be out of spec for GM"s specs. To be so far out of GM specs is a concern for me since their specs are extremely wide to begin with.
