window question
Good Morning all!
I have a question i'm hoping someone can help me with. I noticed yesterday that my passenger window doesn't roll all the way down... it stops just before it clears the weather strip. My drivers side goes all the way down into the door. Anyone have this issue? Also, i don't know if this has anything to do with it, but my passenger door doesn't open unless i use the manual handle... i have cleaned the contacts on the door switch, replaced the door switch... replaced the door latch in the pillar... next i have a BCM and im going to swap that... i don't know what else it can be but im wondering if that's related to the window not going all the way down.

I had an issue in my 2005 where the driver side window hit something on the way down. I fixed what got in the way but I noticed that the window would still stop where it hit before. I guess the corvette remembers that it hit something and would not try to go pass that point to avoid further damage. I had to disconnect the battery, wait 5 minutes, reconnect, do the re-indexing, and everything was fine.
Just re-indexing did not clear the going down issue, at least for me.
