Got a bit bored this morning and after staring at the vette for a bit decided to cf the emblems. What do you guys think of how I have it now? I decided to only do the one side because I like how the flag on the left looks. Should I do the whole thing in CF or just one side like it is now?

Kind of looks like crap in cf compared to the oem. It's lost all it's "snap" and almost blends in with the car -- very bland without the color. IMHO

Both my front and rear emblems, on my '06, are faded. The checkered flag somehow picked up a greenish tint on the black squares. I ended up using the carbon fiber decals, which match pretty well with my carbon fiber front splitter and rear spoiler. If I didn't have carbon fiber elsewhere on the car I probably wouldn't have done it.

My were faded on my previous '06 as well. But I just replaced both front and rear with new 08+ chrome trimmed emblems...

some things are very iconic and timeless to me, I wouldn't personally change the badge.. but there are a lot of other aspects of the car I would change..

I say it's your car, knock yourself out on what ever pleases you.

As for me personally, that's not my taste. I rather like the O.E.M. look.
