We think you are on the right track. We paid right at $45K for our red '11 GS convert, 3LT with 10K and still feel the deal was fair (we know we didn't steal it). If the car meets your expectations upon close personal inspection, the price seems good. It is a plus that the car is coming to you. Here's hoping you have love at first sight.
