A while back I bought race ramps for when I would need to work under my vette. Two Thursdays ago I used them for the first time to install new mufflers for the vette. The pipes weren't aligned quite right and I was getting a rattle. So yesterday I put it back on the ramps and shifted the position of one of the pipes. All is good now.
Anyway, the next task was to replace the EGR valve and serpentine belt on my wife's minivan. Since I had to get underneath it to remove a shroud and the race ramps were already out, I went ahead and used them. The question is did I commit some type of sacrilege by putting a minivan on race ramps? Are they forever tainted?

Not at all, those ramps are still perfectly serviceable.
Of course you do realize, they can never again be used for a Corvette.
Yes they can be salvaged with a little work. First sand to bare metal , use a good primer then a coat of Torch Red . You are now good to go . Good luck.
