Help I have an 07 ls2 that I recently installed a z06 clutch about 2 months ago well riding down the interstate 2 days ago the car dropped out of gear I cut the flashers on and coasted to the next exit , while the car was in neutral if you come off the clutch its still trying to engage and you can hear it spinning has anyone experienced this or can someone give me any insight please help.

 

sounds like something is wrong with transmission

 

I don't think that popping out of gear can be caused by a clutch problem.
