Door release buttons

I am looking to replace both door release buttons and ignition switch on my 05. I've seen replacement ignition switch but not so much on the door release buttons. Anyone had this issue where the finish wears off? and any ideas for replace/refurbish? I attached a pic of one of the buttons, both and ignition switch look pretty much the same with paint wearing off...
