Default TPMS refresh part numbers?

I'm about to get new front tires for my 2007 Z06 and I"d like to replace the parts that wear. These look like the part numbers:
  • 15234846 Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) Sensor Nut
  • 25754190 Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) Sensor Grommet
I guess the valve core should be changed too but there's no reason to get the GM part.

I also know the TPMS sensor itself is GM 25758220/Schrader 20076. Are there Schrader part numbers for the nut and grommet?

Just changed all four when new tires were installed.

The new TPMS comes with a new grommet; valve core; and cap.

See picture here:
Amazon.com: ACDelco 25758220 GM Original Equipment Tire Pressure Sensor with Valve Kit: Automotive Amazon.com: ACDelco 25758220 GM Original Equipment Tire Pressure Sensor with Valve Kit: Automotive

There is no reason to change the nut unless it was somehow damaged.

Purchased a TPMS trigger tool here: http://www.tirerack.com/accessories/...toring+Systems
and programed them myself.

I'm going to reuse the existing TPMS sensors and wanted to put in new grommets and cores and possibly nuts. But I am still interested in getting Schrader part numbers. I found their catalog:
So it looks like the service pack is a 34000?

The TPMS tool tirerack has is pretty sweet! I picked up an OTC 3833 on ebay last year for a lot more than $30 but even though I have it I ordered a CUB tool this morning. The OTC is very touchy about batteries and I'm hopeful the CUB will be less so.

Actually the 34000 appears to be a kit to convert a "rubber" sensor to the "aluminum" version. I think 20004 is the grommet, nut, core and cap kit I want.

I want to change the grommet because I'm switching to a new (to me) set of Z06 wheels.
