Did GM include a build sheet with the Car? I believe they used to put it on top of the fuel tank.Someone told me the c5 has a build sheet i a compartment in the frame! I was thinking of getting a window sticker and build sheet from NCM. Laminated of course to use as place mates on kitchen table. Great for someone like me, who eats sleeps and drinks Corvettes!
Yes, what was once an adventure of digging into your interior and searching for build sheets and getting excited when you found your sheet, is now reduced to ponying up and paying for the NCM to mail you one.
It is a small fee and they come laminated. Plus if you are not the original owner, no more crying if they didn't convey with your purchase.
Lastly, it sure is easier than dropping your fuel tank to carefully scrape the build sheet (aka 'tank sticker') off the top of the tank (as with my 1967).

I don't see that anyone has mentioned this but, if no one else has gotten it, the NCM sends you an original build sheet that was on the car going down the line and not just a repro. I cherish ever smudge, piece of tape, and pencil mark on mine. I do NOT want that laminated. I want it in all its original grungy magnificence. You can call the NCM with your VIN and they will look in the file and see if they have your original.
I have my original window sticker from the dealer and laminated it the day after I got the car home. I also have my laminated original build sheet from NCM.

That is interesting information about their filing original paper build sheets. I did not know that. I just assumed that they have the build sheet along with the window sticker e-filed and they would hit the 'print' button to make one upon our request.
I am ok with laminated versions on my 2012 ZR1. On the 1967 I placed my build sheet between two sheets of Plexiglas (like a sandwich) to preserve it.
