Finally pulled the trigger..
Just got a text that our 10' GS vert' is loaded in the trailer. Coming from Nebraska and on it's way to sunny FL where it belongs. I looked at the camaro's.. mustang's.. but I kept finding myself going back to the vette.
So after some searching a blk GS finally showed up with a manual, blk interior, chrome wheels.. 8k on the clock so I made the call. So pumped to see that enclosed trailer roll up
Can't wait to see it parked next to our 69' El camino.. also blk, lowered, chrome wheels - pro tour vibe.
Look forward to meeting others on the board at the local shows/meets as well.. anxious to do my first vette' wave behind the wheel too! lol

As for drivetrain in Camino I wanted the weight savings up front so I kept it small block.. bout 400hp. Coilovers, UMI upper & lower control arms, sways.. 18's front and 20's out back.
I'll see if i can post a few pics, I don't have the best luck getting em to show up though.
I didn't see it in person but after several pics.. and talking to the previous owner I was comfortable pulling the trigger. Previous owner had back surgery and was just too difficult to get in and out, otherwise he said he'd still be driving it.

Stay away from Hammeister...he'll have black wheels on that puppy in no time.

Has anyone seem my black GS convertible? Its a 2010 model with manual trans and chrome wheels. I left it in my driveway, and I cant find it anywhere. I live in Nebraska.

Was it a privet Party or dealer purchase?
I purchased my 2011 GS Vert, an automatic with just under 14K from a dealer in Oklahoma a year or so ago with the purchase based on photos and what the dealer told me about the car (physical sight unseen until I got home from Idaho a month later) The dealer arranged shipping to my home in Blair with a friend accepting delivery.
So far all has been good and no issues

We have 3 of the nations largest car dealers that each have over 2000 new cars in their inventory's and they all seem to be very flexible to work with.
