What I did was google it. There are sites that will tell you all the specs and options etc. I did that with my 05. CF we here can give you opinions. All I can tell you by you're long description of your sled is it's a 6.0 LS2, Z51 you have an oil cooler, beefier suspension, drilled disc brakes more aggressive gearing. The rest you should have already known

Here's a copy of the factory order guide. If you don't have a build sheet, look at the label inside the glove box door that lists all the RPO codes, and the attached will tell you how your car is equipped.

Not sure what kind of info you are looking for.. You did not purchase one till we see pics.. Official corvette forum rules. 
Drive it and enjoy. Just get used to it before winding out the gears somewhat. Tires will be a little traction hunting when temps get below 50. So just be a little weary of the go pedal.
I would take it to a dealer (or a shop that can check) give them your vin and have them run a report on it as well.
Let's see...
1.You need to lower it so the front air dam scrapes more. It's just how we all roll..
2. The top comes off and if not careful it will come off while you are driving. Just remember to lock it down when putting it back on "for that rest. stop while out cruising
3. You can get Ice warning on the DIC. Along with a lot of actual useful information!
4. Search on here for info. Lots and lots of great details about your model year are already here.
