I once knew all the details, but no longer. I would like a 1967 Coupe. Yellow. Either black or tan interior. Automatic. With A/C. If the 427 could be gotten with this, ok. Otherwise a small block would be fine.
The Sledgehammer a few pages back got me thinking. Awesome but would not get driven many miles.
I would love a ZR-1 Aerobody for a year. Livable, quick, semi-exotic. I always loved these things, and I am quite partial to the later C4 interiors -- best seats until the C7...
For years, I dreamed of having a 67 435 coupe. 2years ago, I decided to invest my stock market money on a collector car that would out perform the stock market, and that I could enjoy & fulfill my dream.
The Marlboro color is awesome ! A guy I knew back in '67 had a Marina Blue coupe just like this,no whitewalls or white lettered tires....yuck !
If any of you have heard an L-88 rumbling with the side pipes, you would understand the beast, with 12.5 to 1 compression. So,my ultimate vette would be a '67 L-88 in a Hardtop,Marina Blue, with the side pipes and 3:70 or 4:10 gears and not with the close-ratio 4-speed,but with a wide-ratio. Obviously, this car would only be driven maybe to a vette show. My GS would be my main driver. This car would be the dream for me,as they are rare and I could always order the top of the line later.
