New Z06, Black or that dark gray color w/ red interior and 7 speed manual. BUT, I'd like it naturally aspirated (even if it means a little less power). I'd honestly have been tickled pink if they held onto the LS7 from the C6 Z, but I won't complain. The new Z06 ROCKS!

those old cars look great but I cant imagine them being anywhere near as fun to drive as todays cars with all the modern technology, so unless u plan to park those old things in the driveway an just look at them il have a 13 zr1 with every possible option lol.

The 1963 Z06 would be it for me. Cookie cutter look alike modern cars are nice but not interesting.

A 67 like this would be my dream car---what a great looking car. having said that, I have spoken to many owners of the earlier cars over the years, and they all say they are not comfortable to drive---at all. So, for that reason I would have the 67 in the picture for very short rides and for bragging; a 2013 inferno orange ZO6 for driving; and then because I think the C7's are fantastic looking, a 2017 ZO6.

Mine would be a modernized C2: LS3, all new suspension & interior. The looks of yesterday with the comfort, reliability & gas mileage of today is my perfect Vette!!

I fell in love with Corvettes watching the old "Route 66" show I was probably not even 10 years old. Then, a friend of my father's showed up at our house one day with his brand-new, pale yellow '65 coupe. 396 with the "lake pipes" (I believe they were called then).

He took me for a ride. My life changed that day.

I finally got my vette a few months ago -- a 95 Torch Red coupe that I could afford and my second-favourite body style -- but I still lust after a yellow 65.

I've actually seen one of the two in person. It was sitting is a specialty Vette shop in Tulsa, OK of all places.

Back to the question, if I could take the difference of what a C7Z06 would be versus my supercharged 13 GS, I'd probably just throw all the extra money at my GS to make it insane. However, I would be very tempted to go with a convertible C7Z with A8 as it would make a great daily driver.

I remember way back (about 10 years ago) seeing this guy's Vette on the web.

I'd go for this one...

Unquestionably 2015 ZO6 with all the options I would love to have ... but not pay for.

I would take a 2015, but not the Z06, I prefer the cleaner lines of the Stingray. I'll take mine in Torch Red with a Gray interior, Z51, 3LT, 7 speed manual, silver wheels, and a transparent roof. Please Santa, make it happen!

I'm with you. The 427 convertible is the Corvette with the best combination of old school and new technology for me.
