Your "local friendly Chevy dealer" should be able to translate everything on that report for you. Don't ask a salesman, go right to the service department.
CVMS means it was originally used by GM in their Company Vehicle Management System, as opposed to ordered as a sold unit or for dealer inventory. Could have been driven by a GM executive, could have been used for promotional purposes, possibly other uses. You would want to know what it was used for. Likely all you'll get is vague BS, but I could be wrong. Ask the dealer as a starting point.

I bought a 13 GS (s/n 11).
Built 1st day of 2013 Production. Title indicated car was owned by GM, Warren, Mich. I believe it was an executive car since there were phone numbers and Nav sites that GM failed to erase from the memory.
