If you love driving these things.....ya can't let an opportunity go by! Fortunately, we haven't had much in the way of snow so there is not a whole lot of salt/cinder residue on the roads
48 dgrees, bright sun.....woke her up out of hibernation and ZOOOOOM! Might not get another chance for a while.....
Pittsburgh, Pa and I wanted so bad to roll it out today but we had a house full of kids and grand kids coming to visit so it stayed tucked away. The boys wanted to see it so we opened the door and started it up for them, B&B Bullits. My 4 year old grandson who loves cars walked around it and very quietly said to his dad, " it's beautiful". Cracked me up.
We had ours today too, about 56 and sunny. Nice country roads out of Smithfield VA, I wish I would have gone faster but caution and the watching for blue lights kept the speed somewhat reasonable. at least here a VA I can drive most of the winter

Wow, we must be neighbors, I'm here in Carlisle... Those are some pretty nice roads, 233 from Pine Grove to 30 is a nice ride. Maybe I'll see you guys out there tomorrow, supposed to be 50 again. Does one of you have the red C6 with the black wing?

I did the same thing today. Wife wanted me to pick up dinner (after a fantastic day outisde and I was stuck knocking out the honey-do list). So i fired her up (the car that is) and went to pick up dinner, with a smile ear-to-ear. Only had her put away for a month, and I already miss it.

There is no snow up here, but there still is a lot of crap and salt on the roads, so it sleeps. I cant believe I've had it put away since the third week of October. I'm anxious to start putting some engine mods on it, but I really don't have the urge to drive it anytime soon. I wish it were warmer because I love to sit outside and just start cleaning I'm content with that.
