Default Help with header questions...

My buddy just picked up a set of Kooks headers with catted intermediate pipe today, but we have a fitment question. Will a C6 LS2 Vette header fit and LS3 Vette? The setup "looks" like it will fit but we don't want to start taking off all the parts and attempt the install then find something will not clear.

The headers and cats should fit fine if the LS3 is an '08. If I'm not mistaken the only difference is the angle of the intermediate pipe to the over axle exhaust changed in '09.

Should bolt on. The axleback end of the midpipe is the only difference I can see. '05 to '08 is one design, '09 up is another.

You might check the Kooks site to see what stock numbers they recommend for an LS2 and compare that to the numbers recommended for your year LS3.
