I’m in the same boat Matt. If you find the right person to talk to will you let me know. I bought a 427 and no window sticker, dealer promised to send it but never delivered. Thanks Gary
I got the sticker for my 96 from the museum I am not a member of the museum so it was $90. for the window sticker and the build sheet. They sell them together also it is few dollars extra to laminate the window sticker. It is well worth the price
Does anyone happen to have a link for ordering? A search of ncm doesn't find it and last year when I looked ncm said window stickers were no longer available.

At one point last year they were unavailable but the last I heard they are making them again but you have to call them direct to place a order.

I bought a window sticker and build sheet from them in Febuary 2014. I believe it was $125
You can order online just scroll down to the bottom of build sheet section and there is a form you fill out with what you want to purchase and submit it. I think it a couple of weeks when I got the window sticker for my 96
OrcA1946.... Pontiac is the only GM Division that did have some of the build sheets for older cars but not all lines. You will have to do a search to see if someone took over ownership of the records when Pontiac was shut down.
It is: www.corvettemuseum.org The Build Sheet link is in the menu on the left side of the home page. I am a museum member and received a notice that the Build Sheets and Window Sticker program had resumed.
Here are their contact numbers: 800-538-3883 or 270-781-7973
