OnStar/Bluetooth
When you disconnect (pull) the fuse for Onstar, does it have
any affect on Bluetooth and the steering wheel controls?? Or are they completely unrelated?
Thanks!

Correct, if I knew, I'd help. I decided to check in and perhaps learn something.
Good luck!

Here is the Onstar Bluetooth thread that should answer your questions. I believe the Bluetooth connection is done through the steering wheel and the DIC.

Our 07 Z didn't have On Star, and Bluetooth worked fine for phone pairing and steering wheel controls.
Our GS has both. (On Star and Nav) My feeling is your phone should work fine with your nav even with the On Star fuse pulled.
I would give it a try..
Unrelated would be the simple answer.
