What Did You Do With Your C6 Today?

Well, I washed and waxed my 2011 GS today because we are having a Corvette get-together this Sunday for Corvette owners in our neighborhood.
The person putting on the Corvette meeting already has 18 people that will attend (didn't know there was that many Corvettes in our gated subdivision).
Here is the flyer I received:
"We understand that you are a Corvette owner living here in Cape Royal. Please come and join the other Cape Royal Corvette owners at a cruise-in/meet and greet on January 25. Please see the attached flier for details".

Installed z51 rear leaf spring and sway bar. Chopped the first ring off the stock lowering bolts while I was in there to get the ride height where I want it. Looks awesome, now on to the front.

Due to the popularity of this topic in the C7 section, I figured the C6 community would love it as well.
Here's some examples but anything goes, new mod(s), leaving another car in the dust, picked up a hottie, out to dinner, any milestones, any memorable moments etc.

Lifted it so I could change out the wobbling harmonic balancer on on 08 I just bought on 12/26. Only to find that my front crossmember is nearly broke in half....
Yep, pretty happy about that...
Sent pics to the dealer, just waiting for them to call back and tell me to go **** up a rope.
Oh yeah! Hi, my name is Tyler and this is my first Corvette!

This component is not covered under GMPP. I found this out when mine was discovered broken at the steering rack attach point. Replacement cost including labor was almost $1600. Would have been much higher but the shop gave me a huge break on parts and labor.
If memory serves, the cradle cost is on the order of $1200.

I went to the dentist and did some shopping in and around a nearby small city, about a 50-60 mile round trip. Sunny and cool, a perfect day.
But I did NOT see ONE OTHER Corvette of any year. That's pretty unusual, considering where I was.

Had a bunch of shopping to do, and wanted to buy two 10' sections of plastic drain pipe. I was sure they would fit in the coupe, but checked before I left home -- from the passenger floorboard diagonally to the rear of the hatch was only 8' or so. Dang, glad I checked first.
But I bought a ton of other stuff, plus groceries. Had the cargo net filled, plus the passenger seat and floor.
Was 82° and nary a cloud in the sky.

Took mine to the golf course. Ever since I bought my new Forester a year ago, it's been the golf car but I decided to be different today.
