I currently have a C4 and lurk on the C4 part of the forum.
I am currently experiencing some back issues, making entering/exiting the C4 difficult.
I am considering moving to a C5/6. can anyone shed some light for me on the entering/exiting the newer ones verses the C4?
Any other reasons to go with the C5/6?
thanks.
I had an '89 vert for over 10 years. I loved the car...but...it was tuff to get in and out of, the footwell "tunnel" was horrible, it was always hot inside, etc. When I bot my '05 it was sooo much different.
And waaaay too other many reasons to mention.
I had a '90 vert. Hated the high door threshold to get in and out of. Very difficult. Sold it and bought an 01 coupe. Much easier to get in and out of. Cant tell much difference between the C5 and C6.
i had a 92 and a 96, loved the cockpit feel of them, went to a c5, it was alot easier getting in and out but still missed they way you would set down in the c4's. im in a c6 now, easy in and out still miss the cockpit feel but i dont miss how they rode with the top out. all and all im very happy with the c6. it seems easier getting out of the c6 than the c5, or either im just in a hurry to get out and look at it.
