Help me

I have a 08 z06

My car started doing this weird thing today.
It drives perfectly fine
But everytime I come to a stop
It locks up and feels like I m slamming on the breaks hard.
Nothing comes on the dash
No codes or abs light

I turned off the traction control but still does the same thing.

And while taking off from a red light
It seems like something is holding me back and have to rev up a lot in order for me to drive again.
Once It takes off
It drives smooth n perfect.

And before it locks up when I m slowing down
It makes some clicking noise

anyone ever got this issue ?
It seems like the tranny but not sure

This is a Z06 so I assume 6 speed right?

Does it lock up when you slow down or does it lock up when you touch the brakes?

Yes it's a manual
It locks up while slowing down
Right about 5mph it locks down to a full stop
Almost had someone rear end me

I don't even press the breaks and it still locks down

Completely different mechanicals here but FWIW, I had a V8 Auto 56 Plymouth in the 60s and when I let off the gas the rear end began to lock up. If I could maintain the forward (torque)? by pressing on the gas to combat the slowdown, I could keep the rear wheels from a full lockup. So, differential problem maybe? Good luck!

I'm taking that straight to the dealer... Got to be some type of malfunction on the abs system... Too dangerous to try to troubleshoot that yourself...
