I can tell you if you do have someone do it check their shop out carefully. Watch them wash cars and then what method do they use to detail. If they don't use two buckets to wash the car and a separate one for the wheels walk away no run away. When they start the detail do the tape off the weather stripping and any other parts that do not get polished and waxed. How much time do they take to do a complete detail. All these things are important. a detail shop can do more damage then good to your car.
