So I'm a grouchy, bitter old man; Well let's see, graduated HS and off to war I went. (I didn't run to Canada, to be later pardoned by that Peanut Dude, certainly makes a person wonder why, did I bother) No welcome home, although I can now see why others didn't particularly want me around. Thank God, returning veterans are treated differently now.

Homeless, two divorces, 60 hr weeks to gather a few "Chattel" goods.

How would you suggest I act? PS You don't need worry about being chased off the lawn. Gated, five foot chain link, with one strand Barbed wire on top. The wire is an attention getter if you know what I mean.

Have a Nice Day..
Well, I don't know how old you are, BUT you do sound a tad bitter and grouchy... Dad?? Is that you??

Thanks for your service!!!

In all seriousness, my dad was a Viet Nam vet so I have a TON of respect for all you guys that had the ***** to do what I'm frankly too chickensh!t to do. I would love to see all the internet tough guys (none on this site, of course) when the bullets are flying for REAL. If we ever meet up, beers on me! That's a promise.

God made policemen so firemen can have heroes. Firemen run to fires, policemen run to shots fired.

ZR1 vs TSW Nurburgring: 6 more spokes per wheel to clean. Less is more.

Here’s a big problem in the making. If the C8 isn’t a ME, no matter how fantastic the new Corvette is, it’s going to be slammed by people who want an affordable copy of a German sports car and will not accept a new Corvette no matter how remarkable the new C8 is. Frankly, I have been driving Corvettes longer than many posters have been alive and I and many like me are loyal to the Corvette brand. With the advancements of the Corvette brand from every generation has brought the Corvette wonderful advancements. The new C8 is going to do the same, ME or FE it’s going to be a fantastic car that deserves full credit for being a world class sports car that is affordable to many.
