Just came back from having my CEL Codes checked and came back with a P1133. A quick Google search indicates that it may be some sort of vacuum leak. Car is a 2012 GS M6. The vacuum leak may make sense as the NPP does not seem to be operating properly. Recently (early december) had a cam and header install completed as well as installation of electric cutouts. Car had run perfectly with no CEL's until yesterday. Oddly, the remote for the NPP stopped working about a week ago. Also, yesterday morning, the shop that did the install of the cam and headers hooked up the remote switches to the electric cutouts. Any advise on what to look for???
Upon further inspection, when the car is off, the NPP valves are fully open. I understand that is normal. While idling, the valves are not fully closed.....probably only about 75% closed.

HO2S-11 (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Insufficient Switching
May want to bring to someone that could look at the live data to check the operation of the 02 sensor in question.
P1133 HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1 ECM
Start checking the drivers side wires/connector to the O2 sensor that may have been burnt by the headers/exhaust system.
As for the NPP, firewall side on the intake manifold is where the vacuum tubing port is, so start chasing the NPP vacuum tubing off the back of the intake port through the car for it burnt by the exhaust system as well.
