All that l can say is that l have had zero problems with them and found that they are stand up people. I had a problem with a Billett grille and they replaced it within 3 days after l sent them a pic and told me to do whatever l wanted with the damaged one.
I will buy from them again but will avoid Mid America at all costs!
Keep in mind that RPI advertises in other places besides our forum and there are a lot of people out there that look to take advantage at every turn.
Also RPI deals with sources that have problems so sometimes we have to cut them slack.
In fact l will place an order with them by Friday because l am sure that they will do the right thing and l am not concerned about them. Customer service is a very tough area that takes a great deal of time.
There is nothing wrong with their polices as far as handling problems, be greatful that they have it in writing.

yesterday I had an issue and he called me back within 2 hours.
I've only had great experiences with Josh, and the people who'd work @rpi.....no Co is perfect.....HOWEVER, THEY DO STAND BEHIND THEORY WORK 100%........Call them if you need to ask a question and you will get Don or Lana on the phone most of the time...if not they always call back the same day.......register on their website and use the order status feature. As many before me have said, I've ALWAYS had perfect experiences with rpi throughout the years
